My friend Jenny got free tickets to the new Children’s museum they are opening up at Thanksgiving Point. It was really neat and interactive and we loved it.
The cool laundry room. There were buttons and bubbles for everyone to play with.
I love these little girls.
Then we headed over to the Veterinarians office to doctor the animals.
After a little bit Sadie wanted to doctor Scout a bit. She checked her heart and breathing and gave her some shots and just loved her…at least I think it was out of love! Sadie loved this room and was really upset when we had to leave this room. Pretty sure we had a bit of a tantrum .
After that we headed to the lego room. It was awesome. I actually think it was called the Train room but it was really nice and had a ton of toys to build and design and play with. Sadie decided that she was starving after a couple minutes and was super crabby. I was a little bummed because she likes stuff like this and didn’t want to play.
The bank and jail were around the corner. I kept losing Sadie though because there were multiple entrances and exits. It was really scary. I searched all over for her and when I finally found her wandering around I told her she scared me. She responded with “BOO!” Sigh.
The music room was next. We were only here for a short time but it was a really cool room. I think it was better for older kids since Amy and Sadie really only could play that piano…
They had those rope ladders all over the museum in a rainforest area and just so many neat things. Sadie was sad after about 2 hours though so we decided to leave. There was a ton more to explore but we just didn’t have the stamina.
This was my cue to leave. Lots of this face.
I thought it was really cool and would love to buy a pass but I think maybe when Sadie is a bit older. It was a lot of fun!!
