We actually call it milk. Someone thought it would be a great idea while I put Scout down to cover our couches with milk. I had to wait until Matt got home before I could react at all.On a happier note, the kids love fixing things. We went to Riana’s birthday party and had some great dance moves. Since we are basically the first of our friends to have kids, they are celebrities.

We Love Free Days
We went to one of the last free days at the Hoggle Zoo for the Winter. It was busy but it was still a lot of fun. The kids were great in the car and at the Zoo. It was a little cold but the kids were champs. I think they enjoyed the statues the most.
We saw our friend Kelsey there too so we had to take a picture with her.
We drove over to “This is the Place” and ran around for a little bit and ate some food before we headed home. It was a long day but it was really fun. The kids were totally wiped out.

Scout’s Birthday Party
Can’t believe this girl is ONE! She is the funniest little thing with a huge personality. She loves to pick on Sadie and Jessie. It is pretty funny. She definitely is opinionated but is so sweet. She is very much a Mommy’s girl and I mostly love that!
I wanted to do A Mickey Mouse themed party and was happy with how it turned out. I probably spent 20 dollars tops on things that were not food. I basically made all of the decorations and had fun doing it. Matt made the “playhouse,” which was a big hit!”
My mom got her the Minnie dress which is soo cute!
Some of our guests.
Decorations
I was mean and wouldn't let her eat her cupcake until later.
Chrissy was the best and dressed up as Goofy. So clever!
Our neighbor gave Scout a roll of toilet paper. What a great gift for a 1 year old!
The cute kids that came.
It was a lot of fun and I was glad to have a fun party where their friends could just come and play.

This girl is One!
We filled up this baby’s crib with balloons to celebrate. She was not sure about this.
We also took Scout to the park on her birthday. I think she had a good time. I know Sadie did! haha.

Andrea came to say Happy Birthday too.
I finally let this girl have her “cake.” Basically every picture I got was the same. She picked at the cake and fed the frosting to everyone else but I don’t think she ate any without being forced. haha. Smith’s bakery (at least in Provo makes the cupcake for free for babies turning 1. How cool is that?!!)
Sadie enjoyed being fed.
This girl…
We went to Dickeys for dinner because we had a gift card.
Kristin and Seth came over to say goodnight to the birthday girl.
One of me and this girl. All snug and asleep!
Happy birthday Sweet Girl!

Denver
The kids were so excited to go see Grammy. We left the 26th and spent two weeks there. Sadie loves flying on the airplanes.
One of the days Callie, Andrew and I went to the Broncos Stadium and Coors field. It was so cold. But we did the tour at Coor’s field and it was fascinating. It was neat to learn all about the Stadium.
I enjoyed spending time with Callie and Andrew. We miss them and never get to see them.
We were excited to be there for Grammy’s 50th birthday! She is so good with the kids! They love singing with Grammy and doing all the actions to the songs.
Grammy got some really awesome gifts… … …
Happy birthday Grammy!
One of Sadie and Maggie’s favorite things to do was take the microphones around and sing in to them.
Matt came on the first. We were so excited to have him!
Look at how pretty my parent’s house is!
Matt was good and took the kids out sledding so that was really fun.
We froze our buns.
These cousins love each other.
Another day our little family went to the Garden of the Gods. It was pretty neat and we were able to go on a lot of little hikes. It was cold again but it was pretty.
Maggie gave Sadie this Anna dress for Christmas. These two loved dressing up together.
Grammy was so lucky to get a bouncy house for her Anniversary gift. Just what she was hoping for I think…(okay it was totally me that wanted it—poor Mom)
Good thing their basement is so big so we could just put it in there. The kids loved it! (For about 5 minutes at a time)
This girl is pretty cute!
Music time with Grammy!
Aunt Callie was the best and made a gingerbread house with the girls.
So sad to leave but happy to be on an airplane!
