YOu still haven't learned that every oven is different? I have to bake at about 25 degrees cooler than the recipe calls for in our apartment oven. Learned that the hard way, but that's life!
Does your oven not have a timer? Mine doesn't so I have to use the one on our microwave that only beeps once and it's pretty quiet. So I always forget things! I finally got a timer that is loud and beeps until you make it stop! haha, works well. I agree with Callie too, since our oven isn't digital I never know what temp it's at so I just have to guess and keep checking! Good luck! :)

I'm so sorry darlin'...use that temp thing I got you. It seems like you need to cook at 300 degrees. Or just don't make cookies! haha
