I have had a lot of free time the last few months, it has been really nice. So since my mom already ratted me out, I have been watching a lot of Gillmore Girls…but other than watching that, I had a chance to clean out my house. I put a bunch of stuff out in our hallway to get rid of and Matt and I decided to do a giveaway (We were inspired by “Grandma’s Giveaways”). Matt wanted to call it “Christmas In July.” We invited friends, family, and neighbors to come and participate and bring anything if they wanted to. Mostly it was just our stuff though. I forgot to take pictures until the end so here are a few from this event.
Even GG and Justin found some things to take home to California.
Grandma tried to take Sadie but we told her that she wasn’t being given away. :)
Daniel was so excited about his treasures. Apparently our house is too hot so everyone was passing around my sweet fan my mom got me in Spain. Jenny is looking longingly at something on the table :) Overall, it was a great event and we got rid of a lot of things we didn’t need/use/want. Thanks everyone for taking our junk!
We were so happy that they came to visit us! They were so wonderful and we love them!
Sadie loves being held and loved both of these people :) This last picture I just thought was really funny. She sleeps with her head hanging way off the edge. She loves her head way back.
When did I rat you out? haha Hey - I think I saw that robe we gave Matt.....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
